The Hanged Man is about Transformation and Adaptability to Change. As card #12, he brings the 3-Energy (12 = 1 + 2 = 3), like the DATE today. He knows Abundance & Prosperity come through Creativity.
He has "hung himself " upside down, to see the world 180° differently from the rest of us! He is willing to sacrfice one thing to attain another...
In this case, it's sacrificing being like everyone else; doing what everyone else does. Its sacrificing our old ways, to create abundance and prosperity.
Like all the "Queens", the Queen of Wands brings with her The Master Teacher/Master Healer 33-Energy, and the Page of Pentacles (coins) brings The Master Illuminator 11-Energy.
The Queen of Wands looks to the Future, and faces the Page of Pentacles. The Page also faces the Future, and studies his Pentacle....
Today's message is about learning "Practical Spirituality" and becoming one's Future-Self!
The Queen of Wands has a love of life, and is eager for Experience. The black cat at her feet symbolizes her independence. Wands represent the Fire Element, and she is passionate about whats he does!
She is dynamic and strong-willed. She has a passion to help and heal others. She has a fulfilled life and is balanced in all the areas of it. She is active in her business, as well as in her volunteer and philanthropic activities.
The secret to prosperity is to become the Queen, the best version of yourself... A Future-Self, but here, in The Now! ...Easier said than done, right!?
...But The Hanged Man counsels to begin by bringing Spirituality into the everyday. We can call them "Micro- Mindful Moments".
You see, those of us who consider ourselves "Spiritual", are actually often snobbish about it! We separate our "practice" of spirituality from our everyday lives...
We have a specific time and place we peform ritual, a spiritual practice, pull out our Tarot Cards, or meditate. We see it as more of an "escape" from our daily existence.
In meditation, we will try to quiet the thinking-mind and detach from the physical, and our bodies. But the Truth is that our true Power lies in our connection to the Physical Realm!
Take a look at the Temperance Card. The Temprian Angel is representing the human condition. The Angel has one foot in the pool of water (subconscious & superconscious) and one foot firmly planted on the dry ground (the material realm).
This gives us our "wings", allowing us to pursue our passion (the red color), and do "The Impossible" (notice the Angel pours the liquid from one cup to the other at an impossible angle)!
We are able to manifest, beginning in consciousness (the pool of water), and following the path (leading from the pool to the mountain in the distance) to our Goal (the glowing crown at the top of the summit).
Our physical existence and five senses ground us in The Now. This is a place to begin. Throughout your day, whatever you are doing, driving - stopped at a traffic light, washing the dishes, sweeping the floor, create Micro- Mindful Moments!
Be "aware" of your senses, and "experience" what you are doing. This will root you in The Now. Start practicing this throughout the day. After a while, try adding to the Mindful Moments by closing your eyes briefly, and being "aware" of any "thoughts" you are having...
Don't resist or try to "push out" the thoughts, just become aware of them, observe, and allow them to float in and out of your mind. Then step back even further... "What Is It" that is "observing" the thoughts!?
You will become aware of your True-Self, and that YOU are not your thoughts!
Later, after you have become adept at this, you can use these Micro-Mindful Moments, throughout your day, to Become the Queen... to bring your abundant, prosperous, best Future-Self into The Now! (...or anything your are trying to manifest into your life.)
During these "moments", after you have rooted yourelf in The Now, and gotten in touch with your True-Self, bring in - for a moment - the "experience" of your "Future-Self".
Use all five senses! What does She (He, They) look like? ....Feel like, sound like? What smells and tastes do you associate with your furture, abundant, self?
The more you do this, the better and faster you will get at it! ....It will only take a "moment" of your time then, and you can practice this throughout your day!
