Here's a different way to do your daily Tarot draw! Nearly everyone who's studied Tarot has done "Daily Draws" at one time or another. It usually involves shuffling and drawing a Card (...or 2 or 3) and seeing what's in store for the day.
Often, folks will draw them in the morning and put the Cards drawn aside, then re-visit them in the evening, or right before going to sleep...
This is great way, especially for beginners, to really "connect" with their cards, get an idea how they "work", and how to interpret them!
As a Numerologist, I also take a look at the Numerology of The Day... Many, if not most, Numerologists are just looking at the Number from the Day, whereas I like to also "reduce" the Full Date, as well....
Today the Day-Energy is "5" and the whole Date reduces to "9"....
Typically I look at these Vibrations, and then just draw one, or a few cards, separately. Another way to do a "Daily Draw" is By The Numbers....
We know the Vibrations at play today are "5" and "9", but how will they manifest? We can draw Tarot Cards to let us know!
Pull out all of the five-cards from the deck and all of the nine-cards, and put them in two piles. Remember, it's all the cards of that Number, and all the cards that reduce to that Number.....
So for Five, it's the "5" cards, from the Minor Arcana Pip Cards (Five of Wands, Swords, Cups, Pentacles), and The Hierophant (5) and Temperance (14 = 1 + 4 = 5) cards, from The Major Arcana.
For Nine, it's all the "9" cards, from the Minors, and The Hermit (9) and The Moon (18 = 1 + 8 = 9) cards....
You can then shuffle/mix the piles separately, and pull a card from each. These cards will reveal how the Energies will manifest today for you. Put these two cards aside... Then, put the deck back together and re-shuffle...
Cut to The Heart of The Matter:
...Take your left hand and cut the deck somewhere in the middle-ish. When you pull off the top portion of cards, the card on the bottom of that pile is "The Heart of The Matter" card!
Now here's the "easier way"! .....I shuffle the whole deck, and cut the deck. Once again, the card on the bottom of the top portion is the "Heart of The Matter", and I put that aside ...then I put the deck back together, and I start taking cards off the top, flipping them over.
I am looking for the Numbers of the Day, in this case the fives and nines. The first "9" I see, and the first "5", I put with "The Heart of The Matter" card. This second way is just easier and much faster for me. Either way is just fine...
Today I got the Nine of Wands, for how the 9-Energy is manifesting today, and the Five of Swords, for how the 5-Energy is manifesting. My "Heart of The Matter" card is The Hierophant (which just happens to also be a "5" card).

The 9-Energy is about Endings, and you are very close to the completion of something, or success in one or more areas of your Life! (Nine of Wands) ...It's often the last few steps that feel the most difficult, but this is not the time to give up!
You'll have all the Energy you need today (Five-Vibration) to complete this! ...The figure in the Five of Swords looks back, at the figure in Nine of Wands. He was "just" at the same point, but pushed-through to victory!
