The 3rd of the month brings with it the Three-Vibration of Creativity & Communication. The 3rd, 12th, 21st and 30th of each month is under it's influence....
Three (3) is from the Creativity Sub-Group of Numbers 3, 6 and 9, and resonates with creative self-expression, social interaction, and optimism.
Our DATE today reduces to the Seven-Vibration (08032021 = 16 = 1 + 6 = 7), The Seeker! ...This is a good day to take some time to yourself, and is reinforced by the Four of Cups.
You may have a feeling of apathy today. It's not that you are upset or sad, it's just that nothing seems to interest you right now. This is OKAY! .....Just take some time to sit with yourself, and experience just "being"!
Both the 7-Energy and the Four of Cups suggest getting some alone time and going deep. Be introspective, inquisitive and tap into your intuition. It's a time of re-evaluation and meditation.
The 4-Energy is Foundation and Structure. Create your own ritual of "Being with Yourself"! Start out with just 5 to 10 minutes. Try "Box-Breathing" to begin....
Also called "Four-Square Breathing" (the FOUR of Cups!), Box-Breathing is used by everyone from nurses and police officers, to athletes and U.S. Navy SEALs for meditation and to control/reduce stress!
Take a deep breath and exhale... Now, as you inhale, do it to a count of four, then hold the air in your lungs for another count of four, before exhaling to a count of four, then holding your lungs empty for a count of four... Then start the pattern over again.
You will be able to decrease stress, calm your mind, and your emotions. Just "FEEL" this emotional stablility. Once you've done this, you can then anchor this State, so you can return to it in the future, at will! I've discussed "NLP Anchoring" on several Radio Shows.
The King of Wands faces and watches the figure in the Four of Cups. Wands represent the Fire Element... passion, creativity, motivation. After the Box-Breathing, you can then focus your attention on your lack of interest and enthusiasm.
Why would you feel this way? What is lacking? The King of Wands counsels to let your Passion(s), what really motivates you, to come to the surface!
This is why you are feeling "closed-in", "restricted" (Eight of Swords). It may be that you are conscious of this, or it could be that you subconsiously know you are not following your Passion. That you are ultimately un-fulfilled...
The Kings in The Tarot are associated with Master Number 44, The Master Manifestor Number. Double-Four, the 8-Energy of Prosperity & Abundance. Yes, even the Eight (8) of Swords is actually about Abundance!
In the Eight of Swords (Swords = Thoughts & Ideas) we are trapped by our own thinking! ...TOO many thoughts & ideas. Look at all of those swords! When you find yourself here, this is when to fire off that "Anchor", we discussed creating earlier, and return to that State of emotional stability!
Now, in this feeling-space, you can focus on what really motivates you, what your real Passion(s) is! (One Sword) 😎💜
