Today, the entire Date reduces to the Six-Vibration (07212021 = 15 = 1 + 5 = 6) ...Six is about Harmony & Balance, and Hearth & Home, Love, Family, and also Success!
The DAY today reduces to the Three-Vibration (21 = 2 + 1 = 3)... Creativity & Communication. Six & Three are both from the Creativity Numbers sub-group (3, 6 & 9)....
These Numbers (3, 6 & 9) are also reflected in our Spread of The Day! .....The Three of Wands (3) and The Hanged Man (12 = 1 + 2 = 3) bring in the 3-Energy. The Hermit (9) brings in the 9-Energy ...and The Devil (15 = 1 + 5 = 6), believe it or not, brings with it the 6-Energy!
So what's going on here? ....That's what I asked myself, when I first looked at the Spread! ...Hehehehe 😆😎 ....You know, sometimes you look at a Card, or Cards, and they don't initially "speak to you".
It's fine when you are Reading for yourself. You can take a break and come back to the Reading. This usually works great to bring in new insights! This also true when I am doing an Email Reading.
I often leave and come back to the Reading a few times even! ...But what about if you are Readng for a client in person or Live, via teleconference? This is a good lesson for new Readers....
First, be honest. Then, explore together what's going on in the Spread. Look at the "typical" meanings of individual Cards. This is also where Numerology comes in, and is very useful in these sorts of situations.
What are the Energies of the Numbers in the Cards? In this case, we see that the Spread is predominantly the Creativity Numbers! ...Communication is strongly indicated as well, with the two "#3" Cards.
We also have three Major Arcana Cards in the Spread. This is usually an indicator that something BIG and/or important is happening. We also have Wands ("Fire" - Passion, Inspiration, action) and Pentacles (Coins - "Earth" - Grounding, Centering of Energies, Stability, Strength, Patience) represented.
Missing from the Spread are Cups Cards ("Water" - Our Emotions, Empathy, Intuition) and Swords Cards ("Air" - Thoughts & Ideas, Analytical Reasoning, Intellect)....
I always counsel to "bring in" what's missing, to balance-out the Energies. So how do you "Feel" about a situation? ....What does your Intuition tell you? ...As well as look at the situation mindfully and analytically.
Sometimes it's also helpful to start with the "End". So in this case, we end on The Hanged Man. This could indicate a "delay" in the situation. Taking a break to look at things differently (like bringing in the missing Cups & Swords element). As well as Thinking Outside of The Box!
When doing all of this, you will usually find things begin to "gel", fall into place, and the Cards begin "Speaking to you"!
So in today's Spead, it appears we have a message, possibly about material and/or financial matters coming in (communication), with the Page of Pentacles (coins). The Page faces the Three of Wands.
The Three of Wands is traditionally the "your ship coming in" card, and speaks of projects and fruitful partnership, cooperation. The Hermit card shines his Lantern of Wisdom back on the Three of Wands...
The Hermit is another card, like The Hanged Man, about taking a step back, seeking wise counsel, thinking outside of the box. The Devil card comes in to warn about attachments, obsession, and illusions. It can indicate a "love of money" and material wealth, a tendency to hoard...
Don't fall into these traps! This could be all that is holding you back from success in this situation. Don't be attached to a particular outcome, or how things have always worked in the past.
Think outside of the box, and be adaptable to change (The Hanged Man)! Don't succumb to illusion or fantasy. Be practical, and analytical. If something doesn't "feel right", look deeper......
