The World Card, sometimes called The Universe Card, represents the successful completion of challenges, and the ability to remake your world. What sort of world have you been creating for yourself? Are you completing a Cycle in Your Life? ...What are the new possibilities and opportunities available to You?
The World Card is the last Card of The Major Arcana in Tarot. It's not only the end of a Cycle, but fulfillment and success!
Here we have the Four Evangelists, and Four fixed signs of the Zodiac. The human head represents Aquarius, the lion represents Leo, the ox represents Taurus and the eagle represents Scorpio. These four signs are the fixed signs in the zodiac.
They also represent the four corners of the earth, the four elements and the four evangelists Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and the angels represented in The Tarot; Gabriel (Aquarius) is upper left (Air, Swords, Master Number 11), Raphael (Scorpio) is the eagle (Water, Cups, Master Number 33), Michael (Leo) is the lion (Fire, Wands, Master Number 22), and Uriel (Taurus) is the bull (Earth, Pentacles, Master Number 44).
The figure on the Card, sometimes called The World Dancer, thought to be androgynous, represents the Duality of The Universe, and symbolises cosmic consciousness and the world soul. She hold a wand in each hand, like the wand of The Magician, but now there are TWO!
They represent the twin pillars of Duality, which appear in The Tarot, in Cards such as The High Priestess and Justice. Whereas The Magician has one wand, and is perhaps at the beginning of his journey of manifestation, The World Dancer has competed the journey – You have the tools for the creative expression of the Soul.
Both the COTD – The World, and the DATE Energy of “3”, hint that today is a day to focus on Creativity and Communication. And you have the energy to accomplish this, and a lot today, as the 14th is a “5” DAY ....14 = 1 + 4 = 5 ....5 is high-energy and adventurous spirit!
The COTD says the World is literally ready for you, and what you have to offer! ....If you aren't sure what that “is”, spend some time thinking on your skills & abilities, along with what you are truly passionate about. How can you “solve a (big) problem” for the largest number of people possible? What can you offer The World, that creates Value?
