Dax's Daily Dose of Tarot and Numerology!
The DATE today reduces to the Three-Energy, of Communication and Creativity, as was present in yesterday's Numerology for the Day. The DAY is the 31st, which reduces to the Four-Energy (31 = 3 + 1 = 4), which is the Energy of Structure, Dependability, Plans, Foundations, Stability, and Service-Oriented....
The Tarot Card of The Day (COTD) is The Star Card! This Card is the turning point in the Major Arcana, bringing Hope, after Cards like The Devil and The Tower, and leading the way for the culmination of the suit (Major Arcana), with The Moon, The Sun, Judgment and finally The World.
This is a Card of Hope, Intuition, Harmony, Insight, Spiritual Love, Pleasure, Concieving a Dream and Optimisim! Eight Stars fill the sky, in the Waite/Smith version of the card. This is Card #17, which reduced to Eight (17 = 1 + 7 = 8), the Number of Prosperity and Abundance....
An Ibis bird perches on a nearby tree, symbol of the Egyptian God Thoth, god of wisdom, writing, hieroglyphs, science, magic, art, judgment, and the dead. His Greek equivalent is Hermes.
A sky-clad (naked) woman pours a pitcher of water into a pool (the subconscious) and another on the land - which forms five rivulets, representing the Five Senses.
In the Llewellyn Deck version of The Star, the scene is very similiar and Branwen stands in for the sky-clad woman (see below:)....
Today, The Star card is reminding us that Optimism is the Key to Abundance and Prosperity. Not feeling very optimistic today? Focus on creating a full five-sensory immersive visualization of what you want...
What will it Feel like, Sound like, Look like, etc. when you have achieved your Goal(s)? Bring up the emotions surrounding this future moment you have created in your mind. This will lead to Optimism! Do this exercise daily and maintain your Focus on this, and grow your Optimism.
Break larger Goals into smaller, doable Steps. Be creative and make a Plan! Establish a Foundation for your success. Each completed step will give you a sense of accomplishment and grow your Optimism! Celebrate the competion of each step along the journey to your Goal(s)!
