Dax's Daily Dose of Tarot and Numerology!

This past weekend was rough. I was dealing with symptoms from my 1st COVID vaccine shot, so I apologize for not publishing any Tarot Card of The Day (COTD) & Numerology articles....

Fortunately all the symptoms subsided by 48 hours, as predicted. Part of it was lack of Energy.

This is in stark contrast to Today, when I have a lot of Energy ...but not too surprising, as Today's DAY-Energy is "5" (23 = 2 + 3 = 5) ...The Number of Adventure and High-Energy!

Five is a Challenge Number with respect to Four, our DATE-Energy (3+2+3+2+2+1 = 13 = 1 + 3 = 4). Whereas "5" is Adventurous, "4" is about Structure, Planning, Organization, Stability, and Responsibility,

However, one can use the High-Energy of Five to fuel the aspects of the Four! This is a great Day to work on your Plans and Goals, organize, build structure around it, and create a foundation...

In the Lllewellyn Deck version of The Two of Cups, a man and woman embrace, each holding a Cup - Symbol of the Water Element, Emotions. The woman wears a laurel wreath chaplet on her head, symbolizing Success!

Two is the Number of Relationships, Partnerships and Cooperation. This is a great Day to spend time with those you love! It can even speak to an emotionally satisfying business partnership, as well.....

Above the man and woman is a Caduceus. As a symbolic object (...a rod entwined with two serpents, sometimes with wings atop), it represents Hermes (or the Roman Mercury), and by extension trades, occupations, or undertakings associated with the god.

The Caduceus is also a recognized symbol of commerce and negotiation, two realms in which balanced exchange and reciprocity are recognized as ideals.

Waite and Smith added a Lion's Head to the Caduceus, over-top the wings, which is carried over here to the Llewellyn Deck version. The lion's head represents Fiery-Energy and Passion.

NOTE: The Caduceus is often confused with the Rod of Asclepius, particularly in The United States. It is a single serpent-entwined rod, with no wings, wielded by the Greek god Asclepius, a deity associated with healing and medicine.....
