The Tarot Card of The Day (COTD) for Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 is The Eight of Pentacles! ...The "Skills & Talents Card"! Eight is the Abundance Energy. In the case of the Eight of Pentacles, this is Abundance acheived through the profitable use on ones Skills.
In the Lllewellyn Deck version of the Card, a man is hard at work on his project. He's already completed a good deal, and is concentrating on maintaining the quality of his work. He is enthusiastic about his work, and making steady progress.
The Day is the 23rd, which reduces to a "5" Energy (23 = 2 + 3 = 5), Adventure, High-Energy, Chaos. The entire Date: 02-23-2021 reduces to a "3" Energy (2+2+3+2+2+1 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3) ...The Number of Creativity & Communication.
While shuffling to pull the COTD, another card "popped out". In Tarot we say, "What falls will come...." So I have included this Card in the image below. It was the Nine of Wands! It hints at eventual victory / succcess, determination in completing a project, plans coming to fruition.
The Nine of Wands also says you already have the experience and skills required for Success. The key is in loving your work, along with commitment and discipline... All indicated by The Eight of Pentacles.
The Date-Energy of "3" indicates a Focus on your Creativity, and if you tap into the Day-Energy of "5", you will certainly have all of the energy you need to make a lot of progress today!
Perhaps you are already engaged in satisfying, focused work. If not, this could be indicating this is is something you need to work towards. It may be that you will soon be employed in steady and rewarding work.
It can also indicate that work you are currently involved in may be seeming rather repetitive at the moment, but if you persevere to the end, it will be rewarding, and you could learn a lot in the process....
